"Fiesta San Antonio" (or simply "Fiesta") is an annual spring festival held in San Antonio, Texas, USA with origins dating to the late 19th century. The festival began as a single event to honor the memory of the battles of The Alamo and San Jacinto. Today, Fiesta is 11 days with over 100 events including festivals, parades, food, dances, music and culture. Many of these events pay homage to the defenders of The Alamo and honor today's military.

Fort Sam's Own has become a mainstay of Fiesta. The 323rd performs in many of the ceremonies and events and the community looks forward to hearing the band each year. So far, Latin Invasion had children of all ages salsa dancing in the street, Texas Flood rocked the crowd at The Alamo and The Biohazard Brass Band delivered fun and humor in the form of a New Orleans style roving band. Over the next few days, Fort Sam's Own will be performing all over the city of San Antonio in parades, concerts and ceremonies.

Viva Fiesta!!!
